Award

Robert has been awarded 1st prize in the Lanscape category in the online wildlife magaziine www.wildlifeextra.com UK Wildlife Photography competition with his image of Elmley Marshes at sunrise.  Another of his images, Badger running, was named runner up in the Mammals category.

Here's what the judges had to say about his image......."This is different, this is bold, this is blinding. Well done Robert, exquisite use of wide angle and polarizer. I see linear angles morphing with reflections and soft scudding clouds, what a view, what a moment, what a photograph." 

For his efforts, Robert will receive a Paramo Mountain Vent Pull-On and for his runner up image a copy of Where to Go Wild in Britain.
