We all need to decompress from time to time, and after a busy tour to Norway and admin once home, on Thursday I spent a lovely few hours photographing in near-perfect conditions at Doddington Place Gardens, here in Kent. As some of you are aware, I'm holding a photography workshop there next spring but I've been given permission to come in and photograph throughout the year, to get a real flavour of the seasons. It's only a 15-minute drive away and to have such a place to yourself is a real treat and one I never take for granted.
