I've just completed adding a tour to the Dingle Peninsula to my website (update: it is now full) and thought this would be the perfect opportunity to share with you some of my favourite images from this fabulous region which, over the years, I have got to know extremely well. With each visit, I discover something new, whether it be a location or a fresh viewpoint of a familiar scene.
I'll be completely honest, the image above is not a particular favourite but it is of one of Dingle's best known views and yet this was the first time I had managed to capture it in such wonderful light where on all previous occasions it was grey and flat. The photograph, below, on the other hand, was taken a couple of years earlier of the same foreground cliff from a spot close to where I had parked the car, and although I no longer own the Nikon 80-400mm it really came into its own on this scene.
