SNOWDROPS AT DUSK
Prior to the twilight image being made, I had undertaken next to no photography of snowdrops. In fact, the two below were taken 5 years before the main! I know not why for I knew of a number of places (notably churchyards) that had them in their thousands! Just one of those things I guess.


I remember this particular evening, well. I arrived an hour or so before sunset; it was clear and crisp and I was struggling to find a composition. Photographing large numbers of flowers has inherent difficulties. Too much choice and too much clutter making it nigh-on impossible to isolate a single specimen!
