It doesn't matter where; it could just be a park bench, on the seafront, or even in the woods. Keep it simple: a small bowl of overnight oats, a smoothie, and perhaps a flask of tea or coffee. As someone who does this on a semi-regular basis (sometimes lunch and dinner, and occasionally while leading workshops!), regardless of season, I can tell you it's a wonderfully uplifting way to start the day.

I purposefully chose areas that are more open - such as parks - so I can soak up as much sunlight as possible.
Furthermore, a morning walk helps reset your body’s natural clock. The sunlight lifts your mood by boosting serotonin, while gently lowering melatonin so you feel more awake during the day and enjoy deeper, more restful sleep at night.

Why not give it a try? With nothing to lose and everything to gain, the mix of fresh air, exercise, and a peaceful moment while breaking fast can transform an ordinary morning into something really quite special.
